Is the addition of nutmeg to the aforementioned herbal mixture forbidden, even if in a very small quantity, in an effort to treat the problem of azoospermia?

Ibn Hajar al-Haytami transmitted from Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Daqiq al-Id that nutmeg is an intoxicant or a narcotic. Based on this, he ruled it to be unlawful, which is what many scholars have affirmed, due to the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "Every intoxicant is unlawful," and his saying: "Whatever intoxicates in large quantities, a small quantity of it is unlawful."
