If you did not share in suckling with the aforementioned man, it is permissible for you to marry his daughter, provided that she is not unlawful for you through suckling from another source. The fact that her father shared in suckling with your elder brother does not make her unlawful for you. The suckling that is given consideration is five full sucklings, according to the preponderant opinion.
