What is the ruling on picking fruits from trees in an endowment land dedicated to Allah Almighty and designated as a cemetery for Muslims?

The Nazir (supervisor/overseer) of an endowment (waqf) is the one responsible for its affairs, preservation, development, and for implementing the conditions set by the endower. This Nazir can be a specific individual or a corporate entity. No one is permitted to benefit from the endowment except with the express permission of the Nazir, or if custom indicates no prohibition, such as when people are accustomed to taking from its fruits without any objection from the Nazir.
