Is it permissible to work with colleagues who use obscene language and have bad manners?

It is permissible to work with people who possess undesirable traits, and one should advise them and be patient with them, hoping that Allah guides them. If the advice is not effective and one fears being influenced by them, then one should seclude oneself from them and distance oneself from them if possible. Otherwise, one should turn away from them in heart and occupy oneself with what benefits them.
