What is the ruling on the Hajj of someone whose employment contract stipulated that he should not perform Hajj, yet he entered into a state of Ihram and performed the obligation last year? And is it permissible for him to enter into a state of Ihram after passing the Miqat while working as a driver for pilgrims?

Hajj is obligatory immediately according to the majority of scholars. It is not permissible to stipulate not performing Hajj as long as you have not performed the obligatory Hajj. Instead, you must discuss with your employers to convince them to allow you to perform Hajj, with a commitment not to neglect your duties. It is obligatory to enter into ihram from the miqat. If someone passes the miqat and does not enter into ihram but intends to do so, they must return to the miqat to enter into ihram from there. Otherwise, a compensatory sacrifice (dam) is required.
