What is the ruling on the supervisor in charge of teachers entering upon a teacher suddenly, and is the teacher entitled to refuse his entry in this manner?

The Muslim is an employee in the administration to which the school belongs, and the administration has the right to assign a supervisor to monitor and oversee him in the classroom. The supervisor's entry is not considered espionage, because what is inside an institution is not like private homes which are forbidden to enter without permission. It is preferable for the supervisor to deal with teachers with respect and gentleness, and to ask for permission upon entering.
