Is not obeying one's parents to go to the mosque, out of fear of contracting coronavirus and having a chronic illness, considered disobedience to them?

Obeying one's parents is obligatory in matters where harm is feared. Therefore, it is necessary to pray in congregation with them, or with one of them, at home, to fulfill the obligation of congregational prayer, as praying in the mosque is recommended, not obligatory. If it is possible to convince them and alleviate their fears by taking precautions, then going to the mosque is better.
