What is the ruling on traveling to Western countries to establish technology projects and companies due to the obstacles and injustice in Arab and Islamic countries, knowing that this may contribute to strengthening the West rather than Muslims? Does the same ruling apply to one who travels for work and to seek a livelihood?

A Muslim's residence in non-Muslim countries is conditional upon being safe from temptation (fitnah) and being able to observe the rituals of their religion. If these conditions are met, there is no harm in working with them in matters that benefit everyone, as dealing with non-believers in what is permissible by the Sharia (definition) is allowed.
