Is it permissible for a Muslim girl who does not master Arabic to memorize and recite the Qur’an, adhkar (remembrances), and du’a (supplications) in French due to the difficulty of memorizing them in Arabic?

Reciting the Quran is only valid in Arabic. Its translation does not suffice as a substitute. Learning to recite Al-Fatiha is obligatory because it is a pillar of prayer, and its translation does not suffice therein. Similarly, obligatory and recommended dhikr (remembrance) are not valid in other than Arabic, except for one who is unable to learn it. However, outside of prayer, there is no objection to reading a translation of the Quran, or to dhikr and du'a (supplication) in other than Arabic.
