What is the ruling concerning the 'Umrah I performed last year while wearing a sewn belt and sandals with stitching, and is it permissible for me to perform 'Umrah with the same sewn belt?

The tailored garment forbidden for a pilgrim (muhrim) to wear is that which is cut to the shape of a limb, such as trousers, a shirt, socks, a turban, and gloves, if worn in the manner for which it was tailored. However, sandals and a money belt, as well as wearing a tailored garment in an unconventional way (such as using an izaar (lower wrap) as a belt), do not fall under the ruling of tailored garments. This is the correct view among the sayings of the people of knowledge.
