Communication and interaction between neighbors are permissible if they are for the sake of Allah, due to the obligatory love involved for those who love each other, sit together, and visit each other for Allah's sake. Time should be utilized in studying knowledge, enjoining truth and patience, and offering mutual advice. Caution must be exercised against wasting time in idle talk that is of no benefit.
