What are the rules of Tajwid for the words (تَعْلَمُونَ) and (حتى زرتم) in Surat At-Takathur?

The word (تعلمون - ta‘lamūn) has a Madd ‘Āriḍ lil-Sukūn (temporary Madd due to Sukūn) when stopping, and it is permissible to extend it with Madd, Qasr (shortening), or Tawassuṭ (medium extension). As for the word (حتى - ḥattā) in the verse: (حَتَّى زُرْتُمُ - ḥattā zurtumū), it has a natural Madd (Madd Ṭabī‘ī) of two vowel counts.
