Is it a condition to feed the sixty needy at one time, or is it permissible to feed them separately, and is it permissible to feed poor family members such as the father, mother, and siblings?

If breaking the fast in Ramadan was without intercourse, then repentance is obligatory, along with making up that day without expiation. However, if breaking the fast was with intercourse, then repentance and making up the day are obligatory, and the expiation is to free a believing slave. If one cannot find a slave, then to fast two consecutive months. If one is unable to do that, then to feed sixty poor people. It is permissible to give the food expiation all at once or in installments, provided that the number of poor people is reached. It is not permissible to give it to one's ascendants or descendants.
