You did well in inviting the woman to Islam, and since you took her to the authorities concerned with teaching new Muslims, there is no blame on you for not informing her that she is no longer lawful for her disbelieving husband. If she still does not know, then explain it to her, and perhaps that will be an impetus for her to invite her husband to Islam.
