When is it recommended for the fasting person to make his answered supplication: Is it before or after the Maghrib Adhan, considering that this contradicts the principle of hastening the breaking of the fast?

Supplication (Du'a) is permissible at all times. Its desirability is particularly emphasized for the fasting person throughout the day of fasting and at the time of breaking the fast (Iftar). The supplication of the fasting person is answered until he breaks his fast, just as the supplication at the time of breaking the fast is also answered. It is desirable to supplicate after consuming the Iftar, and this does not contradict the hastening of breaking the fast.
