Is it obligatory for the fasting person, whose supplication is not rejected, to supplicate at the time of breaking the fast, or is it permissible to delay it until a later time after breaking the fast?

The supplication of the fasting person is answered, and it has been narrated from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "The fasting person when he breaks his fast." The answered supplication is during his fasting until he begins to break his fast, due to the combination of humility and submission to Allah. Some scholars have said that the supplication includes both before breaking the fast and immediately after it, as the word "عند" (at/when) encompasses both situations.
