Why is the circumambulation (Tawaf) around the Holy Kaaba performed with it on the left of Allah’s worshippers, while the Sunnah dictates that all good deeds be done with the right?

What Allah has commanded must be obeyed, following the example of the Prophet (peace be upon him), for worship is built upon adherence. This includes the manner of circumambulating (Tawaf), where the Kaaba is kept to the left. This is because circumambulating with the Kaaba to the right leads to turning away from the door of the Kaaba, which is its front, and turning away from the faces of prominent figures is not appropriate.
