Is it possible to derive Sharia rulings from irregular recitations (Qira'at Shadhdha)?

The "shādhdhah" (anomalous) readings are used as evidence in legal rulings, similar to solitary (āḥād) hadiths, provided that the narrators transmit them as Qur'an and not as an interpretation. This is the more correct view. Ibn Daqīq al-ʿEid mentioned that what is narrated from the Qur'an through solitary chains, if its being Qur'an is not established, then there is a difference of opinion among the uṣūliyyūn (jurists/legal theorists) regarding its categorization as "akhbār" (reports) and acting upon it.
