Are graphology and neuro-linguistic programming considered charlatanism and sorcery, and is it permissible to learn them?

"Character analysis through handwriting or signature, known as 'graphology,' is divination and fortune-telling in a new guise. It claims knowledge of unseen matters which only Allah knows, and it derives its origins from Eastern paganisms and the predictions of soothsayers. This type of analysis is false and polytheistic (shirk) because it claims knowledge of the unseen and deviates from the truth. As for proper scientific character analysis, it relies on scientific measures and behavioral foundations to reveal personality traits and inclinations for the purpose of modification and development. This differs from this false nonsense which relies on ignorance and conjecture."
