What is your Eminence's opinion on the statement that we are not obligated to establish a state, entity, or party, but rather to establish the religion and worship Allah alone, considering religious parties to be an innovation (bid'ah) and misguidance, and non-religious parties to be atheistic and ignorant (jahiliyyah)?

The statement, "Indeed, we are obligated to establish the religion," is undoubtedly true. And the establishment of an Islamic party whose members cooperate in righteousness and piety, and which aims to implement Allah's law and uphold the truth, is a praiseworthy and rewarding endeavor. It does not fall under the dispraised partisanship that is forbidden, because this partisanship aims to unite people upon the implementation of Allah's law and the establishment of His religion, unlike the false partisanship driven by whims and invalid doctrines. It is not correct to place parties based on upholding the Sharia in the same category as secular parties, because the criterion is what the party aims for. It is incumbent upon Muslims to think well of their brothers and sisters who work to support Islam, to refrain from defaming them, to pray for their success, and not to hurl reprehensible descriptions at them. Such talk is oppression and a discouragement from working for Islam.
