The answer

The nullifiers of ablution are: whatever exits from the two private parts, such as urine, feces, and gas (except for a woman’s vaginal gas); the exit of urine or feces from other than their usual exits; the loss of intellect due to insanity or its covering by sleep, unconsciousness, or intoxication; touching the penis; and eating camel meat. As for touching a woman, it does not nullify ablution unless something is discharged as a result of it. Changing clothes does not nullify ablution.
