What is the ruling on a woman repeating the Asr prayer after Maghrib if she prayed Asr in a public place with clothes that became impure, and she was unable to change them until after Maghrib?

If a Muslim's clothes become ritually impure with an impurity that he is certain of, he must wash them before prayer if water is available and he is able to do so. However, if it is merely a suspicion or a whisper (waswas), it has no ruling, and the original state of clothes is purity. If a woman does not find water to wash away the impurity, or fears that the prayer time will expire, then she should pray, and there is no blame upon her, and her prayer is valid.
