If there is money belonging to others left in the machine and it does not accept new coins, then one must not interact with it and should inform the officials, unless the owner of the money is known and gives permission. If a drink was obtained with money belonging to others, one must search for the owner of the money and return it to them. If it is impossible to reach them, then the money should be given as charity on their behalf. If the owner cannot be identified, the money should be spent for the benefit of Muslims.
