How is inheritance calculated if the heirs are: a husband, a father, a mother, two sons, and two daughters?

If the deceased left behind only male descendants, then her mother gets one-sixth and her father gets one-sixth due to the presence of a lineal heir. Her husband gets one-fourth due to the presence of a lineal heir. The remainder is distributed to the two daughters and two sons by ta'sib (residuary inheritance), with the male receiving the share of two females. The estate is divided into seventy-two shares: the mother gets twelve shares, the father gets twelve shares, the husband gets eighteen shares, each son gets ten shares, and each daughter gets five shares. Matters of inheritance must be referred to the Sharia courts due to the possibility of bequests, debts, or rights that take precedence over the rights of the heirs.
