What is the ruling on saying: "By the permission of the One, the Only"?

There is no objection to the saying "The One, the Unique, by Allah's permission," because "The One" (Al-Wāḥid) and "The Unique" (Al-Aḥad) are among Allah's Most Beautiful Names, and they have been mentioned in the Holy Qur'an. Furthermore, conditioning the occurrence of things upon Allah's permission is permissible and commendable, and this has been mentioned in many places in the Book of Allah the Almighty.
