Are the siblings entitled to object to their mother gifting a house to her son?

Justice among children in gifts and endowments is a religious requirement. It is not permissible to favor one over another unless there is a legitimate religious reason. The mother is like the father in this ruling. If one child is favored without a legitimate religious reason, then justice is achieved by returning the gift or by giving the others a similar amount. If the questioner received a house and his siblings did not receive a similar or equivalent gift without a legitimate religious reason, then his siblings have the right to object, and he must return the gift, unless he gives his siblings a similar gift.
