Why is committing a sin followed by an act of goodness or calling to Allah?

Satan has sworn to mislead and astray people, and he does not tire of it. We advise you to increase in righteous deeds and renew your repentance with every mistake or sin, and to strive against your soul to abandon sins, and to seek Allah's help, and to frequently associate with righteous people and read books of spiritual edification.
