What is the authenticity of the circulating message that speaks of the great benefits of April rain, citing a prophetic hadith mentioning that Gabriel taught the Messenger a supplication for healing with rainwater in April by reciting specific surahs upon it seventy times, and that it contains healing from every disease, provision of children, and release from infertility?

This Hadith has no basis in the books of Sunnah, nor has anyone narrated it with a chain of transmission. Rather, it is mentioned in Shia books, quoted from the book "Zād al-ʿĀbidīn" by Al-Husayn ibn Abī al-Hasan al-Kāshgharī, who is accused of lying, fabricating Hadith, and writing spurious texts.
