Is the distribution of the inheritance valid if the sister refuses to participate in it, and is it obligatory to convince her to take her share, or should it be left at her disposal?

The daughter has a right to inheritance like the son. Her renunciation of her share is not valid unless she is an adult, of sound mind, acting voluntarily, and not under duress. Renouncing due to fear or shyness is not valid because it is considered to be under duress. Therefore, the inheritance must be divided according to Islamic law, and the sister must be given her share. She then has the choice to dispose of it as she wishes after receiving it, provided she is of sound mind.
