Is it permissible for sister (B) to accept her share of the inheritance after her elder sister has been deprived of her right without cause? Is it lawful for sister (Sh) to take her sister's share, even if her father gave it to her? And what can be done to save the father from the Hellfire?

It is permissible for a person to divide their inheritance during their lifetime, according to the Sharia division. It is also permissible to allocate a gift to some children if there is a legitimate reason. However, depriving the eldest sister of her share and giving it to her younger sister is a grave abomination, prohibited, and an transgression against the limits of Allah. The father must repent to Allah and return her share to his daughter. It is not permissible for the sister who benefited to keep the money; rather, she must return it to her sister to be absolved of injustice and to alleviate the sin from her father. For whoever takes money knowing it is someone else's share is an oppressor.
