What is the interpretation of seeing strange things and feeling paralyzed and suppressed when trying to scream during sleep, and is it a psychological condition or another problem?

We advise the questioner to adhere to the hijab and the ethics of her religion, to abandon celibacy, and to strive for marriage with someone whose religiosity and character she finds pleasing. We also advise her to recite the Quran, engage in remembrance (dhikr), and seek refuge (ta'awwudhat) as authentically transmitted.
