How is the inheritance to be divided among the deceased's heirs, who are: a husband, two full brothers, two daughters, and a full sister, with debts owed by the deceased (unpaid Zakat, unperformed Hajj despite being capable, expiations, and other debts)?

The deceased's dues to Allah and to people must be paid from their estate before its division, such as settling debts, zakat, expiations, and Hajj on their behalf. What remains is then divided among the heirs. If the heirs are a husband, two daughters, and full siblings, then:

1. The husband gets one-fourth due to the presence of a lineal descendant (the daughter). 2. The two daughters get two-thirds due to their plurality and the absence of a male sibling to make them residuary heirs. 3. The remainder goes to the full siblings by way of ta'sib (residuary inheritance), with the male receiving the share of two females.

The estate is divided into twelve parts and is soundly calculated from sixty. The husband receives 15 shares, the two daughters receive 40 shares (20 for each), and the remaining 5 shares go to the siblings, with each male receiving two shares and each female one share.
