It is recommended to seek help from Allah, avoid forbidden things, and frequently recite Surat Al-Baqarah, especially its last two verses, and repeat Ayatul-Kursi. Also, maintain the recitation of Al- and the two Mu'awwidhat (Al-Falaq and An-Nas) three times in the morning and evening, along with the prescribed and unrestricted adhkar (remembrances). Give abundant charity, ask Allah for well-being, and supplicate in the last part of the night and while prostrating.
