ما تفسير الأحلام الجنسية المتكررة والشعور باللمس من قبل أحدهم، والإحساس بوخز الإبر عند الاستيقاظ أو سماع القرآن، وسماع مناداة بالاسم، مع العلم بالحرص على الوضوء وقراءة القرآن قبل النوم يوميًا وعدم النوم لثلاثة أشهر؟

It is recommended to seek help from Allah, avoid forbidden things, and frequently recite Surat Al-Baqarah, especially its last two verses, and repeat Ayatul-Kursi. Also, maintain the recitation of Al-Ikhlas and the two Mu'awwidhat (Al-Falaq and An-Nas) three times in the morning and evening, along with the prescribed and unrestricted adhkar (remembrances). Give abundant charity, ask Allah for well-being, and supplicate in the last part of the night and while prostrating.
