Should a Hindu who has converted to Islam be circumcised, knowing that he was circumcised ten years before his conversion to Islam?

Circumcision is one of the acts of Fitra (natural disposition) which scholars have interpreted as Sunnah. The scholars have agreed upon its permissibility. If the inquirer was circumcised ten years ago, that is sufficient, and he is not required to undergo circumcision again. If he has not been circumcised yet, he should be circumcised, provided there is no harm to him in doing so.
