Is there a difference between Fard al-Ayn (individual obligation) and Fard al-Kifayah (communal obligation) in terms of their obligatoriness?

There is no difference between Fard al-Ayn (individual obligation) and Fard al-Kifayah (communal obligation) in terms of obligation. Fard al-Ayn is required of every individual, such as prayer and fasting, whereas Fard al-Kifayah is waived for the rest if some individuals undertake it, and it encompasses both religious and worldly matters.
