A woman should not stand in the row of men. Her standing with them is disliked, but her prayer and the prayer of the men beside her are valid. It is legislated for one of the congregants to raise his voice with the takbir to make the rest of the congregants hear if the Imam's voice is not audible, due to what Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated, that Abu Bakr said the takbir so that they could hear him when the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) led them in prayer.
