Which is more obligatory: knowledge, jihad, or da'wah (preaching/calling to Islam)?

All that relates to seeking knowledge, jihad, and da'wah (preaching/calling to Islam) is an obligation upon the Ummah, and its obligatory nature varies according to different countries and circumstances. If an enemy attacks Muslim lands, then jihad therein becomes more incumbent. If sins proliferate and da'wah is the means to deter them, then da'wah becomes more incumbent. And if knowledge dwindles and ignorance increases, then seeking knowledge becomes more incumbent.
