Can human creations and inventions that have benefited humanity, such as cars, computers, and wooden doors, be considered perfect, or is the concept of perfection exclusive to Allah – may He be exalted?

Nothing made by humans deserves the description of perfection except relatively; for absolute perfection belongs to Allah the Almighty alone. Everything else, among His creations, is necessarily described by imperfection in its essence, attributes, and actions. Human inventions, no matter how complex and precise, cannot be compared to Allah’s creation, the ingenuity of His making, and the perfection of His creation. Rather, they are in themselves a testament to the Creator’s power and the completeness of His knowledge.
