The verse is similar to His saying, the Almighty: "The handiwork of Allah, Who has perfected everything." Some scholars have held that perfection here includes beauty, and creatures that appear deformed have not departed from the boundary of goodness, but goodness has levels. Allah is capable of creating creation in more beautiful forms, but He creates everything for a specific wisdom and interests He willed. Thus, He creates everything in the form that achieves that wisdom. Sickness and disasters were created for wisdoms that become apparent only to the contemplative. Creation cannot be better than what it is, because if it were possible to achieve the wisdom in a better way, Allah would not have created this.
