What is the ruling on a worker eating from the agricultural products of the company he works for during work hours?

It is not permissible to eat from the produce of a farm unless its owner or his representative grants permission, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "The wealth of a Muslim person is not lawful [to take] except with his willing consent." However, if permission is granted, then there is no harm in eating.
