Is studying the use of powdered alcohol bottles in reinforced concrete, and the salary received for this research, permissible or forbidden?

There appears to be nothing to prevent studying the behavior of glass powder after grinding and firing. Receiving a salary from mixed funds is permissible. Even if the salary comes from companies that sell alcohol and are owned by a non-Muslim, it is also permissible, based on the saying of Ibn al-Qayyim: "If the People of the Book exchanged the price of alcohol for the price of a sold item, or a rental, or a loan, it would be permissible for a Muslim to take it, and it would be pure for him."
