Is a picture permissible if its face is erased?

"Depicting animate beings in three-dimensional forms or drawing them with pens is forbidden. However, photography with a camera is permissible unless it involves something prohibited, such as photographing unveiled women, or photographing something for the purpose of veneration. The same applies to video display on a screen, as long as it does not contain anything forbidden. Removing the head from a picture or disfiguring it removes it from the realm of dispute."
