What is the exegesis of Surat Al-Jinn, which mentioned the jinn in fifteen verses, after the Qur’an stated that humankind and jinn cannot produce anything like the Qur’an, not even three verses?

The Qur’an is the word of Allah Almighty, in both its letters and meanings. It contains statements of peoples that Allah has mentioned. The purpose of mentioning these statements is to narrate the meaning. What is conveyed might be the exact wording or a narration of the meaning, especially if the speaker did not speak Arabic. In such cases, the speech consisted of letters and meanings, and Allah narrated that in another language. The letters are subservient to the meanings, and the meanings being the paramount objective. If an ignorant person claims that Allah's narration of the words of jinn and humans in His Book means that they spoke "Qur’an," then this is ignorance, and no sane person would say such a thing.
