Accordingly, there is no harm in working at mobile telecommunications offices, because their use for permissible purposes is more prevalent. Scholars have stipulated that if a device is predominantly used for permissible purposes, its sale is not prohibited, unless the seller knows that the buyer intends to use it for illicit purposes.
