You are not permitted to stipulate to your wife that she must sever ties with her womb, because it is a condition that contravenes the Book of Allah and the of His Messenger (peace be upon him). Severing ties of kinship is among the most abhorrent matters, and Allah has associated it with causing corruption on earth. As a solution, you should strive to educate your wife in the teachings of Islam, reduce visits without completely cutting ties, and connect your wife with pious girls.
