There are many ways to support the religion (Islam), including: spreading knowledge through the internet and social networks, and supporting it financially by aiding charitable organizations. It is not a condition for the work to be your own creative endeavor; your contribution to someone else's work, if it benefits Muslims, makes you a partner in the reward.

Producing purposeful animated films (cartoons) is permissible and has great benefit in this era due to the widespread nature of offensive programs. If you stop this project, there is no sin upon you.

If a servant is sincere in his intention to do good, Allah will record its reward for him even if he is unable to perform it, in accordance with the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Whoever sincerely asks Allah for martyrdom, Allah will make him reach the status of the martyrs, even if he dies on his bed."
