Does it constitute qadhf (false accusation of adultery) if a wife repeatedly tells her husband, "You have mistresses," with the intention of annoying him?

A wife's statement to her husband, "He has mistresses," is not an explicit accusation of slander (qadhf). However, accusing the husband of such without proof is impermissible. If the wife intends to harm her husband, this is even more forbidden, as Allah says: "And those who harm believing men and believing women for [something] other than what they have earned have certainly borne slander and a manifest sin" (Quran 33:58). The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, also said: "Insulting a Muslim is wickedness, and fighting him is disbelief."
