What is the difference between Fatwas No. (100357) and (124593), and Fatwas No. (42390) and (56208)?

There is no contradiction between the fatwas. Questions 100357 and 124593 relate to prohibited bribery, where gifts are given to win over the beneficiary. As for fatwas 42390 and 56208, they do not fall under bribery but rather as a reward for a good deed, or brokerage and guidance, since the work of the policeman and the doctor in these cases is not part of their fundamental duties for which they are entitled to a reward.
