What is the ruling on trading goods that are called "burned"?

As for bribery to fraudulently evade taxes: - If the taxes are in exchange for a governmental service, then evading them fraudulently is forbidden, and both the briber and the bribed are cursed. - If the taxes are an unjust toll (maks), then fraudulently evading them is permissible, and the bribe is given to repel injustice, and it is permissible for the giver, but not for the recipient, except in exchange for a service.
In summary: "Righteousness is that with which the heart is at peace and the soul is at peace, and sin is that which wavers in the heart and causes hesitation in the chest, even if people give you a ."
