Is it permissible to pray for mercy upon the deceased and recite the Quran and raise one's hands (as if supplicating to Allah) at their head?

Supplicating for the deceased and invoking mercy upon them at their grave is legislated. It is also legislated to raise the hands when supplicating for the deceased. As for reciting the Quran at the grave, we have mentioned the preponderant opinion that it is disliked. Raising the hands generally when reciting the Quran is not legislated.
